Yammiee's Pepper Sauce

A flavourful and fiery condiment that’s inspired by the legendary Ghanaian Shito sauce. We’ve taken the classic Shito recipe and given it a unique spin, swapping out the dried fish for a seaweed and mushroom blend, coupled with a traditional spice mix. This sauce captures the savoury, umami flavours of the sea without any actual seafood.
Drizzle it over your rice, eggs, use it as a marinade for meat or veggies, or simply use it as a dip for crackers or plantain chips.
