Raw, unpasteurised, classic kimchi, bursting with probiotics and prebiotics. Handmade in small batches in Clapton in East London, only ever using 10 completely natural ingredients. Tangy, spicy and deeply savoury, it can be eaten with just about anything. Add it to your favourite ramen, lovely added to a grilled cheese sandwich, or simply as an accompaniment to a plate of cheese and biscuits.
