This is based on Dominique's Thai Auntie’s recipe, this addictive Great Taste Award-winning sauce is a great all-round condiment. Flavours are sweet & tangy, with a hum of roasted chilli. A perfect alternative to BBQ sauce.

Pour on grilled salmon or barbecued meats, drizzle on noodles and stir-fries, smear onto toasties.
