The signature recipe that started it all. This is the original Mama's Fire Chilli Crisp, made exactly the way I remember it from my childhood in Sichuan. It's bold, fragrant, and packed with a deeply satisfying crunch that instantly brings any dish to life. Instead of overwhelming, burn-your-tongue heat, we focus on layered flavours. We use authentic Sichuan peppercorns for that signature slight tingle, balanced with toasted sesame and rich mushroom powder.
