Kimchi

Our take on the Korean classic. We blend Chinese leaf with aromatic vegetables, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. We use less spice but more ginger than traditional. Great for elevating your cooking and bringing life to simple meals. Our kimchi is great for balancing rich fatty dishes and works a treat as a convenient condiment or ingredient in just about anything, from breakfast to midnight snacks!
