Our Kalinjot Pure extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is fresh and characterful, with notes of tomato and tomato leaf plus a confident peppery kick. The bitterness is well balanced, keeping this EVOO rounded and versatile. In terms of flavour intensity, it sits in the middle of our collection, characterful yet easy to reach for every day. It’s a single varietal EVOO made from Kalinjot olives grown in Albania’s Berat region. Kalinjot Pure is independently laboratory tested and certified as extra virgin olive oil, with low acidity and naturally high olive oil polyphenols.
