Fibrehydrate Noodles are konjac noodles done properly — ultra-low calorie, high in fibre, and ready in minutes. Made from the root of the konjac plant (a staple of Japanese cooking for centuries), each 150g serving delivers just 9 calories and 4.5g of glucomannan fibre, with none of the starch of traditional noodles. The texture is clean and springy and it takes on the flavour of whatever sauce you pair it with. Dry-fry for 2 minutes before adding to your sauce for the best bite.
